今回は、ホクッとほんのり甘くて美味しい
かぼちゃに旨味と香ばしさを加えた
簡単で美味しいホクホクもちもちの焼きかぼちゃ団子
電子レンジでかぼちゃをサッと柔らかくして
適当な大きさに丸めたら後は
トースターで焼き上げるだけ〜
超簡単で火も使わずに作れて
食感・風味・旨味の三拍子が揃って楽しめる
美味しい一品なので

もちもちで美味しいかぼちゃの一口団子焼きの作り方を紹介させて頂きます。
【材料】
かぼちゃ 1/4個（400g）
チーズ 30g
塩コショウ 少々
唐揚げ粉 適量
【作り方】
①かぼちゃの種を取り除き、ラップで包み込んだら
電子レンジ600wで5分加熱して火を通す。
②加熱後、すぐにラップを取り除きかぼちゃを食べやすい大きさに切り分けて皮を剥きとる
③ボウルにかぼちゃの果肉を入れ、熱い間にフォークなどで軽く潰したらチーズと塩コショウを加えて、全体的に混ぜ合わせながら滑らかな状態の生地を作る。
④生地を食べやすい一口サイズの団子状に成形したら
表面に唐揚げ粉を薄くまぶす。
⑤トースター用のバットにクッキングシートを敷き
④を並べて置く。
⑥トースターで表面が香ばしくなる様に約15分焼いて全体的に火を通す。
