今回は、厚揚げを使ってコスパ抜群なのに
ボリューム満点の絶品あんかけレシピ！
中華風の餡がめちゃくちゃ美味しいので
是非覚えて欲しいです！
ふわっとろで温まるから寒い日におすすめ
餡掛けがふわとろに仕上がるコツを

それでは、さっそく
厚揚げのふわとろ餡掛け 作り方
紹介させて頂きます。
【材料】
厚揚げ 1P
ニラ 1束
カニカマ 4〜5本
卵 2個
水溶き片栗粉 適量
「あんかけの合わせ調味料」
☆水 400cc
☆鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ2
☆酒 小さじ2
☆薄口醤油 小さじ1
☆オイスターソース 小さじ2
☆おろし生姜 小さじ1
※合わせ調味料は☆を全て混ぜ合わせ馴染ませた状態です。
【作り方】
①ニラは5mmほどの長さでザク切りにする
カニカマはバラバラにほぐしておく！
②厚揚げは食べやすい大きさにコロッと切り分ける
③フライパンを中火で温め！厚揚げの表面を香ばしく焼き上げる
④合わせ調味料と①を加えサッと混ぜ合わせたら煮立たせる
⑤煮立ったら弱火にして約5分煮込んで味を馴染ませる
⑥水溶き片栗粉でとろみを付けたら火を消しおいておく！
⑦溶き卵を用意！
⑧再び⑥を加熱し、30秒ほど煮立たせたら溶き卵を回し入れ、サッと混ぜたら蓋をして火を消し
3分ほど蒸らして卵に火を通す
はい！できあがり〜
