【材料】
ブロッコリー 1株
塩コショウ 適量
粉チーズ 適量
オリーブオイル 適量
※今回、使用した塩コショウはハウス食品さんの香りソルト！
風味などが加えてあるシーズニング系の塩コショウがオススメです。
【作り方】
①ブロッコリーは、たっぷりの水に暫く浸けたら
茎のを持ってクルクルと回しながら水洗いする。
②今回は豪快に縦に3〜4等分にスライスする
③茎の周りの筋っぽくて固い皮を切り取る様に取り除く
④フライパンに油を馴染ませ中火で温めたら、弱火に変えてブロッコリーを入れる蓋をして約2分蒸し焼きにする
（フライパンにピタッと押し当て焼き色を付ける感じで）
⑤ブロッコリーをひっくり返し、再び約2分蒸し焼き
⑥蓋を外して、ブロッコリーを返しながら1分ほど両面を焼きながら水分を飛ばす
（少し食感が残る程度に火を通すのがポイント）
⑦器に盛り付け、オリーブオイル・粉チーズ・塩コショウを適量回し掛ける
