それでは、さっそく
とろ葱オイスタ炒め 作り方
紹介させて頂きます。
【材料】
牡蠣（加熱用）1Ｐ
白ネギ 1本
オイスターソース 大さじ1
酒 大さじ1
おろし生姜 小さじ1
塩 ひとつまみ
胡麻油 適量
【作り方】
①牡蠣は薄い塩水で振り洗いしたらキッチンペーパーで水気を拭き取っておく
②白ネギは斜めにスライス
③オイスターソースに生姜と酒を加え馴染ませておく
④フライパンに胡麻油をひき温めたら白ネギと塩を入れ弱火で混ぜながら、とろ〜っとしてくるまで炒めたら白ネギをお皿などに一旦取り出しておく
⑤フライパンそのままで、牡蠣を並べて入れ弱火のまま焼き、香ばしく焼けたらひっくり返して裏面も焼き上げる
⑥白ネギを鍋に戻し、③を回し入れて1分ほど優しく全体的に混ぜながら絡める
