皆様おはこんばんち！
今回は、GABANのあらびきガーリックを使って　夏にオススメのおつまみレシピ！

レシピブログ＆ハウス食品さんの企画で
スパイスを使い夏のおつまみを考案するお題に
チャレンジしてます。

その、あらびきガーリックを使い
簡単なおつまみを作りました！

GABANのあらびきガーリック
めっちゃパンチがありますね〜　
調理も簡単なので是非一度お試し下さい。

それでは、さっそく
作り方・レシピを紹介させて頂きます。

《材料》

茄子　１本

キムチ　３０〜５０㌘

あらびきガーリック　適量

胡麻油　少々

《作り方》

①茄子をラップで包み
電子レンジ（６００Ｗ）で２分半〜３分
加熱して柔らかくする！

加熱できたら、５分程置いて表面の粗熱をとる

②粗熱がとれたら、茄子を食べやすい大きさに
切り分ける！

③切り分けた茄子をボウルに入れて、あらびきガーリックを加えて混ぜ合わせる！

④③にキムチ、胡麻油を加えて
全体的に混ぜ合わせてから、冷蔵庫で
しっかり冷やして全体的に味を馴染ませる！

できあがりー
器に盛り付けて召し上がれ

ニンニクの香りと胡麻油でコクをプラスした
ピリ辛のキムチと茄子のスタミナ和え

夏のおつまみにオススメですよ！
